Helms Bakery AUTOParkit™ — Los Angeles, CA
Construction and installation of a 247-space fully automated parking structure within an active adaptive reuse development. Dasher Lawless coordinated all structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls trades as the single-source contractor, delivering a fully commissioned system within a constrained urban site.
The Press/321 — Mixed-use development
Automated parking structure construction as part of a larger mixed-use project. Dasher Lawless managed coordination between automated parking installation and concurrent general construction activity on adjacent project phases.

Multi-family residential construction with integrated automated parking. Automation installation was sequenced with residential construction to deliver the complete building on a single schedule.
