Christopher Alan – Owner/President
Christopher Alan, founder and CEO of Dasher Lawless Inc., a development company specializing in mixed-use and planned developments, has spent over 40 years in the building industry, gaining vast experience in both development and investment. Mr. Alan has dedicated his career to the building of large-scale planned developments, mixed-use, residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects throughout the United States. In addition to Dasher Lawless Inc., Mr. Alan founded Dasher Lawless Automation and created the AUTOParkit System, to become a technology leader in automated parking. This has been followed by AUTODockit for automated boat storage, AUTOStorit for automated mixed-use storage, AUTOChargit for advanced EV charging solutions, PARKSentry, an integrated PARC System, and GarageFloor24, a service provider for on-site maintenance and remote monitoring of commercial buildings employing automation. Leveraging his building and planning experience, Christopher is dedicated to revolutionizing commercial development to enhance the user experience with technology while minimizing environmental impacts. Mr. Alan has been recognized for his contributions by the City of Los Angeles Councilwoman Wendy Greuel, California State Assemblymember Paul Krekorian, and Grant High School. He resides in Hilton Head, South Carolina, with his wife, Dorian.

Alex A. Mendikyan - CFO
Alex Mendikyan joined Dasher Lawless as Director of Finance in 2013. Alex oversees all accounting, finance, and IT matters. He has over fifteen years of finance and management experience and has specialized in the construction and real estate development industries for most of his career. Alex began his career as a Financial Analyst at Emirates Fortune Group of Companies, the USA branch, where he worked for five years as a client manager. Later, he was promoted to the CFO position in the Dubai, UAE branch, where he managed numerous development projects.
Abdelrhman Mahamadi - VP of Controls Engineering, Ph.D.
Dr. Abdelrhman Mahamadi is the Vice President of Controls Engineering at Dasher Lawless Inc. He joined Dasher Lawless in 2017, and he is leading the Research and Development in the Controls Engineering Department. Dr. Mahamadi founded the Control-Algorithms of the AUTOParkit, AUTOChargit, AUTODockit, and AUTOStorit systems. His team is responsible for designing, simulating, programming, debugging, commissioning, and monitoring autonomous parking, advanced EV charging solutions, fully automated dry dock storage, and container storage systems. Abdelrhman received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer and Electrical Engineering from The University of Akron in 2014 and 2016, respectively. During his time at The University of Akron, Abdelrhman worked as a Researcher at the Complex Engineered System Lab, where his research was focused on Bond Graph Modeling, Algorithm Design, and Control Systems.
David Darnell - VP of Electrical Engineering
David Darnell serves as the Vice President of Electrical Engineering at Dasher Lawless. He recently launched an entire product line of Mobile EVCS solutions, which included Truck, Van, and UTV editions. He has been involved in the controls architecture and design of AUTOParkit since 2016 and joined Dasher Lawless in 2024. With over 30 years of experience in industrial automation, he and his team of Electrical Engineers are responsible for designing and implementing the electrical control equipment for every product line. It starts from specifying switchgear for the incoming utility power service and extends through machine automation, including safety equipment. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. He is an avid rock climber.
Michael Lawson - Vice President of Construction
Max Williams is responsible for a project from conception through occupancy. He is responsible for the design and execution of Dasher Lawless’s development opportunities and all aspects of the design and government approval processes.
Before joining Dasher Lawless, Mr. Williams was an Associate Principal at Rothenberg Sawasy Architects, Inc., where he worked as the Director of Architecture and managed a staff of 30 architects and designers. A licensed architect, Mr. Williams, has more than 30 years of experience in the architecture industry, contributing his expertise to a range of projects worldwide. He has earned the reputation of an accomplished architect, having been awarded a number of architectural accolades. His wealth of architectural knowledge has been poured into a wide variety of projects — office and commercial buildings, industrial structures, retail spaces, residential complexes, and specialty structures.
Max received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic University, Pomona. In addition to his work at Dasher Lawless, Inc., Max also serves the profession as an adjunct professor of architecture with 33 years of teaching experience for the Los Angeles Community College District, and as an active member and past director for the San Fernando Valley chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
Shawn Adams - Executive Vice President of Sales
Shawn joined Dasher Lawless to help launch the inaugural AUTOParkit™ for the city of Los Angeles. Shawn has direct responsibility for the product and commercial marketing for Dasher Lawless along with the entire sales channel.
Shawn Adams is a business executive with more than 40 years of experience in new product development, sales, marketing, corporate expansion, and executive management. He has effectively combined global marketing and product management success with expertise in business unit management, strategy development, risk/exposure management, due diligence, and capital planning. His extensive travels in Europe, the Pacific Rim, and South America have provided a global perspective for a variety of vertical segments, including automotive, packaging, semiconductor, food & beverage, and medical.
Before joining Dasher Lawless, Shawn held executive roles in Fortune 500, mid-sized, and startup organizations. Shawn graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Computer Science. He holds six patents in software, industrial networks, and packaging.

Tracy Sink - Director of Operations & Corporate Relations
Tracy Sink joined Dasher Lawless in 2013 and has held several positions before relocating from Dasher Lawless’ California office in 2019 to the new corporate headquarters in Warren, OH. Promoted in 2020 to the Director of Operations & Corporate Relations, she leads a multi-disciplined team, which includes manufacturing, engineering, and project management. She is also responsible for the operations of GarageFloor24’s Remote Operations Center, which monitors each completed installation and provides a customer support line. Tracy has been intimately involved with the planning/tracking of all corporate campus renovation projects and acts as a liaison between Dasher Lawless and officials at the municipal and state levels. Tracy remains active in local community affairs when she is not playing fetch with “Billy,” her family dog.
