Operations Do Not End at the Property Line
Established over a decade ago Dasher Lawless created a Remote Operations Center (ROC) to monitor and support each AUTOParkit, AUTODockit, AUTOStorit, AUTOChargit, and PARKSentry along with 3rd Party Installations using automation. The ROC is operated by GarageFloor24 factory-trained technicians and service personnel that provide a 24-7 call center. This approach allows users, property managers, and maintenance staff to speak directly to a live individual to quickly resolve issues.

GarageFloor24’s ROC is located in Warren, OH logically connected to each site via the Internet which was recently upgraded via a direct fiber link. Dasher Lawless also offers a redundant Internet option for each site.
